Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform various duties associated with target production, ensuring manufacturing procedures are maintained Become familiar with and follow all current standard operating procedures and the 5S program Operate pallet jack to move packaged products and components Pull foam carts, stack foam on pallets, drive forklift, stack pallets in curling room Operate required machinery

• Any other tasks as necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and analyze/problem solve Utilize writing, reading comprehension Strong judgment and decision-making skills Handle sharp cutting tools/objects Lift 25-50 pounds overhead. Push, pull objects up to 75 pounds (in a repetitive manner) Stand and wear safety glasses 8 hours while working Fine and gross motor assembly requiring use of arms, wrists Ability to work in warm/dusty environment Work around paint and fumes

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must pass a four-panel drug screening

Desirable Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) desired
• Forklift certified or willing to become trained
• Prior experience with manufacturing, distribution, industrial or related background No experience necessary.

On the job, paid training will be required along with the ability to work all scheduled hours. This position will work five 8 hour shifts each week, Sunday - Friday 11:00pm-7:00am.
