Part time 20hrs per week Mon-Thurs 10am-2pm & Sat 9am-1pm Manpower is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for a well-established distribution operation in the Charleston, WV area. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team-focused warehouse environment. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in daily warehouse operations, including: Picking, moving, and staging product using warehouse equipment Operating or learning to operate an order picker for the duration of the shift Safely lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the warehouse Working in dock and warehouse areas with varying temperatures Following all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass required Background Check and Drug Screening 0-3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work on-site at the warehouse location Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (seasonal heat and cold) Must weigh under 300 lbs to safely operate order picker equipment Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods Ability to meet all PPE requirements , including wearing safety glasses Behavioral & Performance Expectations Successful candidates will demonstrate the Safelite Spirit , including: Can-Do Attitude
