Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse flow. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands quickly and accurately, supporting our commitment to excellence in warehouse management and distribution. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, safety, and precision are at the core of everything we do. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas to optimize space utilization. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling accurately, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams. Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and ensure proper documentation for orders. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records within systems such as AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to track inventory levels and order status. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus. Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is desirable; certification is a bonus. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory management. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing load & unload activities safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment details accurately. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across shipping & receiving functions.
