General Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in the production, finishing, and handling of high-quality precast concrete products used in commercial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, physically capable, and eager to learn within an industrial manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the production of precast concrete products, including forms, molds, and castings Pour, spread, and finish concrete under the direction of experienced team members Strip forms and remove finished precast products once cured Perform basic finishing tasks such as patching, grinding, and surface clean-up Load, unload, and move materials, forms, and finished products using hand tools and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production schedules Assist skilled trades and machine operators as needed Qualifications Previous experience in construction, concrete, manufacturing, or industrial labor preferred (not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working in an outdoor or plant environment Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and dusty environments Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and quality standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
