General Laborer

Full-Time | Day Shift | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available General Laborers support daily operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks that contribute to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in quality workmanship, and are dependable team members. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Overtime may be available based on operational needs Responsibilities Perform general labor duties to support daily operations Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed Assist production and operations teams with assigned tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate hand tools and equipment as required for assigned duties Follow established safety procedures and workplace policies Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently Assist with additional labor and operational responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous general labor, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment Physical & Safety Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to work safely while following all company safety policies and procedures Benefits Weekly Pay Health Insurance Options Dental Insurance Options Vision Insurance Options Benefits Available Beginning Day One Full-Time Position Opportunities for Long-Term Growth and Advancement
