Duties & Responsibilities Dynamic Operational Support:

Adapt daily to changing facility needs, stepping into various sectors of production to keep our high-quality operations moving efficiently.

Tool & Equipment Mastery:

Utilize a wide array of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment, building a robust, versatile technical skill set.

Machinery & Forklift Operation:

Safely operate forklifts and specialized plant equipment to facilitate daily production flow and material movement.

Process Setup & Flexibility:

Help set up, adjust, and optimize different work zones to accommodate our diverse, heavy-duty manufacturing runs.

Facility & Safety Care:

Maintain a spotless, hazard-free environment by strictly following Conn-Weld's top-tier safety protocols and participating in safety initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with different specialized teams daily, communicating effectively to ensure our facility meets its elite quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus, but a high level of adaptability and a fierce willingness to learn are what matter most.

Jack-of-All-Trades Mindset:

A strong desire to master multiple differing skills rather than focusing on just one specific, repetitive task.

Technical Aptitude:

Comfort working with tools and a natural curiosity for how heavy machinery and mechanical systems operate.

Equipment Experience:

Experience with forklifts or warehouse machinery is highly desirable; certifications are a major bonus (and heavily factored into your pay negotiation).

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to handle demanding physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
