Warehouse Associate

Position Overview Reeds Home Solutions is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations. This role is essential in keeping our warehouse, shop, and surrounding areas organized, clean, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Haul insulation scrap, waste, and approved debris to designated dump locations Load, secure, and unload materials safely Operate a truck and trailer in a safe and responsible manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, shop floor, and surrounding areas Sweep floors, remove debris, and dispose of trash regularly Ensure workspaces remain safe and clutter-free Provide general warehouse support as needed Move materials and equipment Assist with staging and organizing materials for jobs Support day-to-day warehouse operations Communicate effectively with the Warehouse/Shop Lead Follow daily priorities and task assignments Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs promptly Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a truck and trailer Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong work ethic and reliability Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently Preferred (Not Required) Previous warehouse or labor experience Experience towing trailers or operating work trucks What We Offer Steady, full-time work Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the company Hands-on, active workday (no desk required!)
