Job Description
Wyld Gear - Casper, Wyoming Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Wyld Gear is looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to join our warehouse and fulfillment crew. This position plays a key role in helping us keep orders moving quickly and accurately while supporting our growing operations. We're a rapidly growing outdoor lifestyle company focused on premium coolers and drinkware, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in working hard, staying organized, and being part of a strong team environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and pull customer, retail, and specialty orders accurately and efficiently Help ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner Learn and operate shipping and fulfillment software Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines Assist with loading and unloading shipments Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Break down and dispose of boxes and packaging materials Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations as needed Help support overall warehouse flow and daily operations Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Attention to detail and ability to stay organized Willingness to learn and grow with the company Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Forklift experience or forklift certification Experience with warehouse operations Familiarity with shipping platforms or retail fulfillment systems Experience with inventory management or order processing What We Offer Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company Hands-on experience in ecommerce, retail fulfillment, and logistics Team-oriented work environment Employee product discounts On-the-job training and skill development
