Job Description

With the ongoing expansion of our product range, and entry into new markets, we expect further growth in the next few years. Our warehouse operations are critical to our success. We run an efficient, clean and technology-driven warehouse in Cheyenne, WY. It is a safe and comfortable work environment and we value our staff. Working with the Vice President of Operations, you will be required to fulfill the responsibilities of a warehouse assistant. Responsibilities Pick, pack, organize and rearrange products in the warehouse. Process and fill customer orders with the highest degree of care and accuracy. Receive goods, including unloading containers, checking invoices and storing inventory in correct locations. Ensure inventory records are updated and maintained. Monitor and manage inventory control. Manage and handle shipping, plus loading and unloading of products. Operate pallet jacks. Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care. Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse. Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials. Keep neat and clean warehouse premises. Qualifications and experience High school diploma. Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, LTL Freight and/or Amazon Vendor Central will be highly regarded. No other qualifications required. We will provide on-the-job training as needed. A forklift license is useful, but not a requirement for this role. The ideal candidate The ideal candidate will be happy to work between the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm on a full-time basis. "School" hours can be negotiated for those who care for children. The candidate will need to perform manual labor and should be tech-savvy to operate our industry-leading ERP and warehouse software.
