Who you are:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred OR minimum of one (1) year of procurement, purchasing, or inventory experience At least one (1) year of experience with inventory management systems (barcode scanning preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments Proactive and solution-oriented Comfortable working in both administrative and clinical support environments

Essential Job Duties:

Process and manage purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner Maintain inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock for the Health Center Track deliveries, maintain ETA updates, and reconcile invoices Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with Accounting on invoice variances Support Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) operations and compliance activities Maintain organization of supply areas and ensure operational efficiency All Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
