Schedule:

What you'll do: Scheduling inspections for the departments: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Drain & Sewer. Pulling permits for work to be completed in corresponding city. Coordination of homeowner, city inspector, and license official to perform municipal inspections. Communicating with the license technician to schedule any follow-ups as needed.
Requirements:
How will success be measured: Ability to keep the backlog inspection down. Satisfying inspectional service requirement.
Minimal Requirements:
Experience in pulling permits and scheduling inspections. Self-Starter. Team Player. Outgoing. Highly organizational skills. Communicational skills. Works well under pressure.
