Job Description

This job description is intended to be a broad description of duties. You will be asked to carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. The Activations Coordinator position requires an enthusiastic, high-energy individual who likes the interpersonal skills required to execute the activations. The job entails set-up, execution, and clean-up of resort activations. Some days will also include working on the larger scale public events. The Activations Coordinator position will spend around 70% or more of their time outdoors working. Position must be willing to work every weekend.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist with internal communication of activations, ie communicating with Events Coordinator and Mountain Events Manager about supply needs, activation popularity/attendance, etc. Set-up and tear-down of activation venues and equipment Inventory of activation supplies and equipment Will work with Events Coordinator to increase awareness of TSV special events Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings Self-motivated and able to work independently Professionalism and strong communications skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English Must be able to lift 50lbs
Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions.
Physical Demands of Position Include:
Approximately 30% of this position's time is spent inside, 70% outside on both level/uneven terrain. Position may require travel on uneven, snow packed or icy terrain. Position will be required to spend long days outside in cold and snow. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Position requires at least an intermediate level of skiing/riding ability.
