Sanitary Landfill-Resident Pad Specialist Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time $21.50 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Environmental regulations Customer communication Customer relationship building Customer inquiry handling High school diploma or GED Proper waste disposal Backhoe operation Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description The Resident's Pad Specialists primary responsibility is to provide residents with accurate information and guidance on waste disposal at the Landfill Resident's Pad Location, and to ensure a welcoming environment while they use our facility.
Responsibilities:
Direct customers on where and how to dispose of their waste at the SWACO Residents Pad Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance on waste disposal procedures. Actively listen to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and maintain a clean and organized Residents' Pad. Ensure all waste is properly disposed of and unauthorized waste is identified and reported. Operate utility equipment such as bobcat, backhoes, tractors, etc
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn and adhere to waste disposal regulations and procedures. Willingness to undergo training and develop a deep understanding of SWACO's operations. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents. Attention to detail and commitment to consistently providing high-quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
