Qualifications ability to work outside for long periods in all weather attention to detail experience in inventory Responsibilities Creating itemized property lists taking pictures using smart phone or tablet Account for all vehicles and personal effects Ensuring compliance as it relates to position uploading forms to company database Monitor and report property concerns to management Releasing property to Owners
