Job Description

Clean-Co Systems is an established industrial services contractor specializing in the petrochemical, refinery, power generation, and heavy industrial markets. We provide a wide range of industrial cleaning and environmental services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who understands the industrial services industry and has the ability to develop lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities throughout the petrochemical and heavy industrial markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with plant personnel, maintenance teams, turnaround coordinators, and purchasing departments. Manage existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional services. Generate and follow up on sales leads. Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements. Negotiate contracts and pricing. Coordinate with operations to ensure successful project execution. Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects. Assist with collections and ensure customer accounts remain in good standing. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Qualifications Required Experience Experience selling industrial services within the petrochemical, refinery, chemical, power generation, or heavy industrial industries Strong understanding of industrial cleaning services is a plus, including: Hydroblasting, Chemical cleaning, Vacuum truck services, Tank cleaning, Environmental services, and Confined space work Proven ability to generate new business and maintain long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license and TWIC with the ability to travel to customer sites. Existing relationships with refinery or industrial plant personnel are highly preferred. Why Join Clean-Co Systems?
