Responsibilities Operate various parts washing equipment, including ultrasonic cleaners, solvent tanks, and pressure washers, ensuring optimal performance. Follow established cleaning procedures to remove grease, dirt, oil, and debris from mechanical parts. Inspect parts for cleanliness and damage after washing, ensuring they meet quality standards before further processing or assembly. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout your shift. Properly handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines. Record all washing activities accurately in logs or digital systems for traceability and quality control purposes. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to prioritize tasks and address any equipment issues promptly. Skills Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance. Basic understanding of chemical handling, safety protocols, and environmental regulations related to cleaning agents. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably. Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team.
