$21.12/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Perform labor‑intensive sanitation and housekeeping processes using specialized sanitation equipment in accordance with established sanitation schedules, safety procedures, and food safety regulations Adhere to safe work practices, applicable government regulations, and company guidelines to maintain sanitary conditions, ensure product quality, and follow all lockout and tagout procedures Perform basic maintenance and facility‑support tasks inside and outside the facility, including shoveling snow, applying salt, painting handrails and pipes, and ordering supplies as needed Conduct scheduled inspections of sanitation‑related equipment, including steam and tempered water hoses, and report or address issues as required Troubleshoot and clear unplugged jets and unclog drains to maintain proper sanitation system functionality Remove and properly dispose of waste debris such as trash, paper, insulation, and chemical waste drums, following established procedures Work safely with cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, including correct use of required PPE and operation of sanitation equipment Maintain overall site cleanliness by performing sanitation tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and mopping production and non‑production areas Perform other sanitation or facilities‑related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in sanitation, housekeeping, or facilities operations in a food manufacturing or industrial environment.
