This is a hands-on role involving cleaning common areas and trash rooms, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and presentable. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain trash rooms and surrounding areas Perform general janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces) Air Blow Designated Areas as needed Remove debris and maintain cleanliness standards Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Report any maintenance or sanitation issues Skills & Requirements Reliable and punctual (must show up consistently) Able to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting) Comfortable working in trash room environments Ability to work independently and follow instructions Prior janitorial or pressure washing experience is a plus (not required) Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6 hours per day Start date: Immediate (as soon as this week)
