Full Job Description Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Job description: Se habla Espanol Cyclone Eco Power Wash is a woman-owned, family-operated commercial exterior cleaning company based in Sacramento. We service fuel stations, retail centers, HOAs, and large commercial properties. We operate with structure, professionalism, and high standards. We are expanding and hiring a reliable Night Commercial Technician to service recurring commercial accounts.

Schedule & Pay Pay:

$24-$28 per hour (Based on experience)

Hours:

30-40 hours per week (Year-round work)

Shift:

3-4 nights per week | Typical shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00

AM Growth:

Clear opportunity to promote into a Lead Technician role.

MANDATORY DRIVING & INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

This position involves operating a company vehicle. Our commercial fleet insurance standards are strict. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not apply: Minimum 5

Years Licensed Driving History:

(Required for insurance eligibility). Valid California Driver's License.

Clean DMV Record:

Must pass a driving record screening and maintain an insurable record.

Proof of History:

Must provide proof of responsible driving history upon request. What You'll Actually Be Doing (Physical & Dirty Work) Commercial exterior sanitation.

You will be cleaning:

Oil and fuel buildup at gas stations. Grease and heavy grime on dumpster pads. Gum, heavy staining, and trash/debris.

Sanitation:

Handling bodily fluids and human waste when present in public areas.

Note:

If you are easily bothered by smells, messes, or physical cleanup, this job is not for you. We take pride in transforming heavily soiled areas into clean, professional spaces. Professionalism at Night We work overnight in public-facing environments. You will encounter customers, store employees, and security.

Maturity:

You must remain calm, respectful, and avoid confrontation.

Independence:

Night work requires strong judgment and emotional control.

Representation:

You represent Cyclone Eco Power Wash at all times. Requirements Graveyard/Night Shift experience preferred. Able to lift 50+ lbs and operate commercial pressure washing equipment. Reliable transportation to the shop. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Ability to follow strict safety and chemical handling procedures.
