Full time About the role We are seeking dependable, enthusiastic, dedicated, well-rounded individuals to join our sanitation team. You will focus on sanitizing our bakery while working safely with a variety of materials and supplies (degreaser, soap, cleaning chemicals, etc.) in all bakery conditions (high heat, low temperatures, wet floors, etc.). The job environment is a warehouse/production setting around ovens and other industrial machines. We are open 364 days a year, so weekend and holiday availability is required. Physical demands This is a labor-intensive role. Repetitive overhead lifting up to 50 pounds; pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching (constant bending to clean). Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift. Requirements Open availability. Good time management and strong attention to detail. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills. Cooperative, considerate team player. Flexibility to perform "as needed" tasks across production and assist with special projects. Trainable on operating various types of equipment safely to perform job duties. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
