This is a hands-on position that involves operating equipment, monitoring product quality, loading and unloading materials, and helping maintain a safe and efficient facility. What You'll Do Assist with product testing and quality control in the lab Collect and evaluate product samples Enter production and quality data into reporting systems Load and unload trucks and railcars Perform basic maintenance on pumps, mixers, racks, and other equipment Participate in daily safety, production, and quality meetings Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures Maintain facility cleanliness and organization Complete required training and certifications Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, transportation partners, and customers What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic math skills Willingness to learn new technology and computer systems Valid driver's license Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance Ability to bend, climb ladders, tanks, and industrial structures Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekdays and weekends as needed Ready to Build Your Future?
