THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Wash & Paver Sealing Technician who has real field experience, knows their craft, and can deliver clean, professional results with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position and it is not for someone picking up a pressure washer for the first time. If you are self-starting, show up on time, take pride in the work you leave behind, and are humble enough to keep learning — we want to talk to you.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing soft wash and pressure washing services on residential and commercial properties
• Operating surface cleaners, soft wash systems, and pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
• Applying cleaning solutions to appropriate surfaces using correct dilution rates and techniques
• Preparation and application of water-based sealers on paver and natural stone surfaces
• Surface inspection, cleaning, and joint sand restoration prior to sealing
• Proper masking and protection of surrounding areas before application
• Protecting landscaping, vehicles, and surrounding areas on all job sites
• Maintaining all equipment in clean, operational condition
• Communicating job progress clearly with the lead technician and ownership
• Representing Hydro Wash 360 professionally with every client interaction on site

• REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of verified, hands-on exterior washing and/or paver sealing experience (references will be checked)
• Demonstrated knowledge of paver and natural stone surfaces and their specific sealing requirements
• Experience working with water-based sealers
• Working knowledge of soft wash systems, pressure washing equipment, and surface-appropriate cleaning techniques
• Understanding of chemical dilution, application safety, and surface identification
• Valid driver's license — this is a hard requirement, no exceptions
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Jacksonville
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida's heat and weather conditions
• Physical ability to handle equipment and work on your feet throughout the day
• Self-starting, punctual, and coachable — we want people who are humble enough to keep learning
