Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Recycle Bailer and play a vital role in managing recyclable materials efficiently and safely. In this energetic position, you will operate Bailer Machine being on Ground to process, compact, and prepare recyclable waste for transportation. Your efforts will contribute to environmental sustainability while ensuring smooth operations within our manufacturing or waste management facility. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in active settings and are eager to make a positive impact through responsible recycling practices. Responsibilities Manage the loading, unloading, and compacting of recyclables using bailers and other machinery to ensure efficient processing. Conduct routine cleaning of work areas, machinery, and recycling stations to maintain a safe and organized environment. Assist with the operation of garbage trucks and sanitation equipment to support waste collection and disposal processes. Follow safety protocols during all equipment operation and material handling activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of recyclables and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Experience Knowledge of recycling processes, sanitation procedures, or waste management practices is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with cleaning routines related to industrial or manufacturing facilities is advantageous. Strong attention to safety regulations and operational procedures related to heavy equipment use. Previous experience working with roll-off trucks, front loader trucks, or garbage trucks is beneficial but not mandatory. Join us in making a difference by supporting sustainable recycling efforts! Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
