Waste Collector -MS #86101 As a Waste Collector for Environmental Services, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of janitorial services to the hospital. You will strive to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for the patients, visitors and staff by utilizing available resources and basic janitorial skills. Janitorial Experience Schedule and Location:

Miami Beach - Monday through Friday from 5:30pm-9:30pm (20 hours/ Weekly).

Under the direction of the EVS Management is responsible for completing general cleaning duties including linen delivery and removal, trash removal, furniture moving and deep cleaning. Ensures that all tasks are completed safely, and in strict adherence to Infection Control. Ensure all trash is removed and properly placed in the appropriate containers throughout shift and prior to end of shift. Contribute to a safe, clean, and uncontaminated environment by ensuring work areas are kept clean, sanitized, and orderly. Knowledge and understanding of all products/chemicals to be used daily for areas assigned. Responsible for reporting inventory levels when running low and any issues with equipment to EVS Management team. Provides the highest level of customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of Environmental Services Flexible availability Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented and meticulous. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Must always maintain a strong awareness of safety. Must be able to pass a Background Check. Must be able to pass Drug Test. Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to perform extended walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis. Capable of working on your feet for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
