Non-Exempt Shift:
Monday- Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Sanitation Technician Curaleaf is a growing medical cannabis company dedicated to the needs of its patients. We are searching for Sanitation Technician team members who want to be part of a growing department that is critical to ensuring robust quality for the customers we serve. Key Responsibilities Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production and cultivation equipment Use cleaning chemicals in proper concentrations according to company guidelines Properly label, store, and maintain sanitation chemicals Ensure PPE stations are adequately stocked Perform routine and deep cleaning of: Production areas Cultivation areas Offices Restrooms Storage spaces Operate and move heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment , including: Industrial floor scrubbers/cleaners Pressure washers Sanitation equipment weighing 100+ lbs Move heavy equipment and furniture during cleaning procedures Maintain exterior areas and parking lots Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for pickup Respond to emergency cleaning and sanitation requests Ensure all rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked Perform additional duties as needed to support operational goals Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to take direction and work independently Strong attention to detail Experience in a GMP/manufacturing environment preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Safety-focused mindset with commitment to following company procedures Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice requests Language Skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting Regularly lift up to 50 lbs Ability to push, pull, and maneuver industrial cleaning equipment weighing over 100 lbs Ability to safely operate heavy-duty sanitation equipment in wet or fast-paced environments Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, airborne particles, fumes, and cleaning chemicals Work Environment Exposure to chemical fumes, herbal aromas, dust, and airborne particles Wet and humid working conditions PPE provided and required as needed, including masks, gloves, and protective gear Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and strong attention to safety and cleanliness Curaleaf Pay Transparency $16 - $16
