$18.00/Hour+ DOE Job Overview Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dependable Exterior cleaning tech. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Ability to tow and back up a 16' trailer. Basic knowledge of commercial pressure washing equipment, accessories, and tools Willingness to learn soft washing systems and specialized cleaning techniques. Ability to wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). Physical ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Operate and maintain soft washing and pressure washing systems, including J-xet, down-streaming, and 12v soft wash systems. Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals (sodium hypochlorite, acid cleaners, degreasers) while following all PPE and safety protocols. Tow and back up a 16' trailer to job sites. Complete paver repairs, sanding, and sealing projects. Perform light painting tasks (e.g., pool decks, driveways) as needed. Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe working order. Provide excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial properties. Schedule & Pay M-Th 8am until complete 20-25/hrs with potential 40 hours. $18.00 /hour

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Language:
Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
