We do roof soft washing, house washing, pressure washing, surface cleaning, and paver sealing prep. This is outdoor, physical work in South Florida heat. You will pull hoses, set up equipment, rinse, clean, protect landscaping, protect customer property, and work around roofs, pools, pavers, screens, windows, painted surfaces, and professional equipment. We have over 600 five-star reviews and high standards. We are looking for someone reliable, teachable, careful, and willing to work hard. Pay $18-$22 per hour to start , based on experience, reliability, attitude, skill, and fit. This is a W-2 position with paid training. Reliable technicians who learn the trade, follow systems, protect customer property, and can run jobs may advance toward Lead Technician pay and bonus opportunities. Requirements Reliable transportation Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to work outside in South Florida heat Able to lift up to 75 pounds when needed Strong attendance and punctuality Willing to follow checklists and instructions Able to accept coaching without attitude Saturday availability when scheduled Valid driver's license preferred; required for driver/lead advancement Experience helps but is not required. Helpful backgrounds include pressure washing, soft washing, landscaping, pool service, construction, maintenance, painting, trailers, tools, mechanical work, or other outdoor labor.
