We provide reliable, detail-focused cleaning services for commercial offices, retail spaces, hospitality environments, post-construction projects, and high-traffic facilities. K2S is currently building a dependable technician bench for part-time commercial cleaning assignments, future event-support opportunities, and larger facility service needs in the Atlanta area. Position Summary We are seeking dependable Commercial Cleaning Technicians who are punctual, professional, detail-oriented, and able to follow checklists and site instructions. This role may begin with short part-time assignments and may lead to additional hours based on reliability, performance, and client needs. Responsibilities Clean restrooms, offices, common areas, breakrooms, and facility spaces Remove trash and replace liners Dust surfaces, fixtures, ledges, desks, and touchpoints Vacuum, sweep, mop, and support basic floor care tasks Follow K2S cleaning checklists and site instructions Report facility damage, safety concerns, or supply needs Submit completion photos when required Maintain professional conduct while on client property Requirements Valid driver's license required — no exceptions Reliable personal vehicle required — no exceptions Must be able to travel to assigned job sites throughout the Atlanta Metro area Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or event-related shifts Commercial cleaning, janitorial, hospitality, office, retail, school, medical, or event cleaning experience preferred Ability to stand, bend, lift, mop, vacuum, and complete physical cleaning tasks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Professional attitude and dependable communication Comfortable working in buildings with cameras and quality checks Willingness to submit completion photos when required Reliable transportation is essential for this role. Due to varying job site locations and possible early morning, evening, weekend, or event-related shifts, candidates must have a valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle. Rideshare, public transportation, or drop-off arrangements will not meet the transportation requirement for this position.
