$20-25/hr Work Schedule 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) 10-hour shifts 40 hours per wee Position Summary A local Dyersville employer is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to support environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives, waste management processes, and overall facility cleanliness within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities Perform industrial cleaning, janitorial, and general housekeeping duties throughout the facility Handle and properly dispose of scrap materials, recycling, and hazardous/non-hazardous waste Support compliance with EHS policies and OSHA regulations Maintain and uphold 5S workplace organization standards Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively Monitor the facility for leaks, spills, and potential safety hazards Assist with spill response procedures and waste containment Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused work ethic Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus Willingness to perform hands-on, labor-intensive tasks, including dirty or physically demanding work To apply; send resume to: dyersville@careerpros.com or call Sedona at (563
