Dog Poop Scooper

  • Part-time About the Role (Read Carefully) We are looking for a Pet Waste Removal Technician who is comfortable with physical labor and has zero issues working with animal waste.
This is a solitary, high-stamina role. You will be responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties, ensuring every yard is 100% waste-free. The Bare Realities of the
Job:
The Weather:
We work in rain, snow, and heat. If you are a "fair weather" worker, this is not the job for you.
The Physicality:
You will be on your feet for 6-8 hours a day, walking upwards of 10 miles and bending/lifting constantly.
The Environment:
You will be dealing with dog poop and smells all day long. You must have a strong stomach and high attention to detail.
The Independence:
You are your own boss in the field. You must be able to manage your time and route without someone looking over your shoulder.
Key Responsibilities:
Scooping & Disposal:
Thoroughly clear properties of pet waste and dispose of it according to company protocol.
Property Safety:
Ensure all gates are securely locked upon entry and exit (we take pet safety seriously).
Communication:
Use our mobile app to check in/out of sites and report property conditions.
Equipment Care:
Maintain clean tools and a professional appearance.
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation:
A valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle (if using your own). A company vehicle is available for use but you still need reliable transportation.
Smartphone Proficiency:
Ability to use GPS and routing apps throughout the day.
Dog Comfort:
You must be comfortable entering yards with dogs present and understand basic canine behavior.
Consistency:
We need people who show up every day, on time, regardless of the forecast.
