Indianapolis Full-Time | Overnight Schedule Looking for a hands-on job with real growth potential? Nelbud is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians. This is a physically demanding, overnight position with strong opportunities for advancement. No experience? We will train the right person. What You'll Do Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ductwork, fans) Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized tools Work on rooftops and inside exhaust systems Install access panels and perform basic system maintenance Represent Nelbud professionally on job sites What to Expect Overnight schedule (Sunday-Thursday) Start times as early as 5 PM; shifts may run late Physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment Work in tight spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Comfortable with physical labor and challenging environments Able to work overnight consistently Strong work ethic and team mindset Driving Eligibility (for company vehicle use) To operate a company vehicle, candidates must meet the following: Valid driver's license At least 20 years old Minimum of 3 years of driving experience What We Offer Paid training - we will teach you the trade Career growth opportunities (promotions from within) PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Pay on Demand options Why Nelbud?
