Sanitation Technician (Day)

• Tuition reimbursement Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize food manufacturing equipment using approved chemicals and tools Disassemble and reassemble machinery for deep cleaning Perform inspections to verify cleaning effectiveness and compliance Maintain cleanliness of production floors and facility areas Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and chemical handling Perform wash-downs during changeovers and shutdowns Accurately follow cleaning schedules and instructions Work independently or collaboratively in a team environment What You Bring High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in sanitation or a similar role preferred Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards Comfortable using pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and sanitation chemicals Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights Strong attention to detail and time management Basic written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed to be part of a company that values cleanliness, safety, and teamwork—while offering competitive compensation and room to grow.
