Evaluation Period:

Your wage during evaluation period will be $15.00 per hour, $22.50 per hour OT If you have a CDL Class A or B, $16.50 per hour, overtime: $24.75 per hour overtime Benefits for being hired on with the

Blue Cross/Blue Shield:

The City pays a majority of the cost but below is the employee share: A single plan will cost the employee $18.90 to $40.00 a month depending on the deductible they select. Optional dental and eye care can be added. Family Plan•$267•$333 depending on deductible. It is taken out of two checks each month so divide in two. Optional dental and eye care can be added. Insurance enrollment is at the start of employment, to make changes requires a qualifying event and there is open enrollment at the start of every year, employees can make changes at that time.

Retirement:

Retirement is with KPERS (Kansas Public Employees Retirement System)

Vacation and Sick Leave:
