We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to support operations at our Boston Street transload facility. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced industrial environment, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Safely transload bulk and liquid commodities between railcars and trucks Assist with loading, unloading, and weighing trucks Operate forklifts and other terminal equipment Maintain facility equipment and support daily terminal operations Monitor and follow safety and compliance requirements, including MOSH, MDE, and Department of Agriculture standards Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and facility partners Maintain cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep throughout the facility Complete basic administrative and documentation tasks related to terminal operations and truck scale activity Support additional projects and operational needs as assigned What We're Looking For Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Forklift or terminal equipment experience preferred Prior transload or industrial experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Mechanical aptitude is a plus Hazmat experience preferred Ability to learn facility systems, including truck scale operations and printing weight receipts Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required High school diploma or equivalent required Schedule Full-time position Hours may vary based on operational needs Occasional overtime available Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan On-the-job training Additional Information This position is safety-sensitive and subject to random drug testing.
