Sanitation Technician - 2nd Shift

Shift:

2:00 PM-10:00

PM Hourly Rate:

$21.87 an hour + $0.25 shift differential

DUTIES:

Sanitation is responsible for properly sanitizing the production area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to learn cleaning procedures. May be required to disassemble equipment as needed. Ability to work safely and participate in training specific to the job, such as proper chemical handling procedures. Must be able to climb stairs. Ability to work accurately and safely with equipment. Ensure machines and surrounding area is kept neat and sanitary. Adapt to changing situations and be able to establish priorities. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, Crew leaders, QA, and Team Leaders Ability to train employees as needed. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and maintain an acceptable attendance record. Must be flexible to work different shifts as needed. Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions/documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ensure actions remain consistent with plant safety goals and procedures. Understand Vlasic policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.
