Public Area Attendant

We are looking for a dedicated Public Area & Pool Attendant to keep our hotel's common spaces and pool area in pristine condition. the cleanliness and upkeep of all non-guestroom spaces within a property, such as lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and dining areas, their primary goal is to ensure that "first impression" areas remain pristine and welcoming for guests.

Core Responsibilities Routine Cleaning :

Performs vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting of high-traffic areas, including stairwells, and entryways.

Restroom Maintenance :

Regularly monitors and sanitizes public restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with paper products and soap.

Trash Removal :

Empties waste receptacles throughout the property and transports trash to designated disposal areas.

Surface Care :

Polishes mirrors, glass surfaces, furniture, and metal fixtures to remove smudges and spots.

Guest Assistance :

Responds promptly to guest inquiries, provides directions, and handles special requests for assistance in public spaces.

Issue Reporting :

Identifies and reports maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, or damaged property to management. Key Skills & Qualifications Attention to

Detail :

Essential for identifying spots, dust, or supply shortages in large common areas.

Physical Stamina :

Must be able to stand and walk for long shifts and potentially lift or move objects up to 50-100 pounds.

Chemical Safety :

Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and the safe operation of equipment like steam cleaners or floor scrubbers.

Communication :

Ability to interact politely with guests and coordinate effectively with the housekeeping team

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
