Responsibilities:
Oversee, implement, review, and develop policies, procedures, systems, and processes related to sanitary programs, ensuring they are consistent with company policies and practices.
Complete cleaning tasks as needed, especially specialized cleaning assignments.
Train new hires in best practices related to safe sanitation.
Conduct regular ATP monitoring tasks and participate in sanitation and allergen validation activities.
