This is an active, fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in your work really shine. What You'll Do Clean and wash truck and tank interiors and exteriors to high standards Use professional cleaning tools, hoses, and equipment safely and efficiently Drive trucks in and out of the wash bay to keep operations moving Inspect vehicles to ensure they're clean, detailed, and ready to go Help with minor maintenance and upkeep of wash bay equipment Keep the wash bay and shop clean, organized, and safe Work closely with your team to stay on schedule and solve issues quickly What You Bring Valid driver's license and comfort driving large vehicles Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work all shift long Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and equipment Detail-oriented mindset and strong work ethic Vehicle washing or detailing experience is a plus Why You'll Love It Here Family-owned company with a strong focus on safety and teamwork Clean, well-maintained shop environment Consistent day shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Stable, hands-on role where your work makes a visible difference Work Environment Indoor wash bay and shop setting Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day Safety-first culture with modern equipment and clear procedures Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemount, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
