Job Description

The Sanitation Technician is responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of our office buildings. This person will take great pride in presenting a clean and sanitary office facility. This person will have a schedule for each office facility and will be responsible for weekly cleaning of offices, restrooms and breakrooms at each shop.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Key Responsibilities:
Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed Empty trash and recycling bins Stock and maintain supply rooms Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Clean and maintain restrooms and breakrooms Washing and clean windows and mirrors Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment Dust furniture and fixtures
Required Qualification, Skills & Abilities:
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to work with others Works well independently and is self-motivated Has strong time management skills Ability to remain focused on tasks and work within a timeline Ability to present information to small groups Willingness to learn and be part of a dynamically growing company Flexibility in your schedule to meet the needs of the office staff Must be willing to travel to other office locations
Physical Requirements:
Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas. Must be able to drive a vehicle for up to eight hours to travel to and from different offices. Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of offices; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. Must be able to remain standing or walking for most of the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
