The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring spaces are sanitized and organized. What would your day look like? You will drive to your assigned location using your personal, insured vehicle. You will have multiple assignments for the evening to travel to within the Fayetteville area. You will work independently most of the time. You can expect to provide very detail-oriented cleaning, moving swiftly to complete bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and shared common areas. Cleaning of these areas includes cabinets and drawers, ceiling fans, light fixtures, windows and panes, toilets, sinks, countertops, high touch areas, desks, doors, dusting, removing trash, and flooring. You will be communicating with your team and management daily, utilizing your phone to view your schedule and time app and uploading pictures with information to the app. Responsibilities Utilize your meticulous skills to wipe down desks, phones, keyboards, cabinets, and more to make office areas and shared spaces pristine. Display your knack for cleanliness as you scrub and polish bathroom areas and kitchens, ensuring every corner shines. Unleash your inner neat freak by dusting blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans, bringing a fresh and tidy feeling to every space. Showcase your eye for detail as you clean outlets, mirrors, windows, and faces, leaving no smudge or speck behind. Required Skills Physical Ability:

Utilize your physical strength as you walk, climb multi-level stairs, bend, push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs during work hours. Stand on your feet up to 8 hours per day. Have the endurance to quickly clean while maintaining company and client standards.

Supply Knowledge and Management:

Leverage your knowledge of cleaning supplies and storage and disposal methods to ensure a safe and environmentally friendly cleaning approach. Manage your supply usage effectively, making the most out of each item.

Communication Skills:
