3rd shift Parts Cleaning Technician

PeopleShare, Inc. is hiring a temp-to-hire, Parts Cleaning Technician , a global leader in specialty packaging and labeling solutions, located in Robbinsville, NJ. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support manufacturing operations, maintain high safety standards, and ensure production efficiency in a collaborative, fast-paced industrial environment.

3rd Shift, 10:00pm-6:00am

Compensation :

$20.00/hour

Responsibilities :

Equipment Maintenance & Cleaning :

Clean, disassemble, and assemble press parts; operate specialized cleaning equipment including NanoVis and Anilox Washers.

Environmental Safety & Waste :

Correctly handle, categorize, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams in accordance with strict regulatory compliance guidelines.

Safety & Compliance :

Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times on the production floor.

Team Collaboration :

Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate reliability, and show a strong willingness to help out wherever needed to support the team.

Qualifications :

Production Experience :

Prior background working in a manufacturing, printing, or production setting is preferred.

Technical Knowledge :

Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment.

Waste Management :

Basic knowledge of proper handling and disposal protocols for hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams.

Soft Skills :

Highly reliable, great attitude, strong attention to safety, and a proactive approach to workplace cleanliness and team support. IND8
