About the Job The Waste Wranglers provides professional pet waste removal services for residential and commercial clients across the Las Vegas/Henderson valley. You'll drive a route, scoop yards using our provided equipment, log completed stops in our app (Jobber), and take a quick photo at each stop. Simple work, but it has to be done right, every time! This is outdoor work in Nevada heat. Mornings are scheduled specifically to beat peak temperatures, but you should be comfortable working outside, walking yards, and being on your feet for the shift. What We're Looking For Reliable. We mean it — this is the #1 requirement, more than experience. Comfortable working independently once trained on a route Able to follow a checklist and use a smartphone app (Jobber) Has reliable transportation to get to the route start point Physically able to walk yards, bend, and carry equipment for a few hours What You Get $20/hour, paid weekly $25 weekly bonus for full attendance during your first 30 days $100/month bonus for zero callouts (after 30 days) $50 bonus for zero re-scoop complaints in a month Clear daily route — no guessing what to do A company that actually has its act together (insurance, software, real systems) Before You Apply — Answer This In your application message, answer this question in one sentence: "What does being reliable mean to you?"
