In this role, you will be responsible for carefully trimming, manicuring, and preparing cannabis plants to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your energetic approach and precision will contribute to the overall success of our cultivation process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your skills in handling various equipment and maintaining cleanliness are highly valued. Duties Trim and manicure cannabis buds with precision, ensuring optimal appearance and quality Use heavy equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and front loader trucks to move plant materials safely and efficiently Operate manufacturing tools and machinery related to trimming processes Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing sanitation duties and waste disposal using garbage trucks or roll-off trucks Assist with loading and unloading plant materials using heavy equipment like excavators or loaders Follow safety protocols when operating heavy machinery such as excavators, forklifts, or front loader trucks Conduct routine cleaning of workspaces to uphold sanitation standards and prevent contamination Support the overall cultivation process by handling light maintenance tasks as needed Requirements VALID Cultivation Agent Card OR Temporary Cultivation Agent Card is
REQUIRED
Experience Experience in manufacturing or agricultural settings is advantageous Familiarity with sanitation procedures and cleaning protocols in a production environment is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Previous work involving garbage or sanitation trucks is beneficial but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines consistently Join us in creating high-quality cannabis products while working in a lively environment that values your skills and dedication.
