In this energetic role, you will handle heavy equipment, operate loaders and excavators, and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient plant environment. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth production processes, proper waste management, and overall site safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills with heavy machinery while supporting our commitment to operational excellence. Duties Operate loaders, excavators, forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, garbage trucks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Assist in manufacturing processes by loading and unloading materials as needed Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a tidy work environment Manage waste disposal activities including garbage collection and sanitation procedures Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Support heavy lifting tasks to move materials or supplies around the plant site Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and optimize workflow Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation such as loaders, excavators, forklifts, or similar machinery Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift Knowledge of manufacturing processes and sanitation standards preferred Valid certification or training in forklift operation is highly desirable Strong attention to safety protocols and environmental regulations Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean and safe work environment Join us in this energetic role where your skills will directly contribute to our operational success!
