Evening Property Service Associate (Part-Time)

Job Overview MANOR is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Evening Property Service Associates to support premium apartment communities throughout Columbus, OH. This role focuses on nightly property operations including doorstep waste collection, hallway presentation, service verification, and issue reporting. Team members play a key role in maintaining clean, organized residential environments while delivering professional and consistent service to residents and property management teams. This is ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically active, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during evening hours. Responsibilities Collect doorstep waste from designated apartment units Transport waste safely to onsite disposal areas Maintain clean hallway and common area presentation during service Follow assigned routes and floor schedules accurately Submit proof-of-service photos and nightly reports Identify and report spills, damage, overflow, or property concerns Communicate professionally with residents and property staff when needed Handle bags carefully to avoid wall/property damage Support team members to ensure all floors are completed nightly Qualifications Reliable transportation Smartphone with camera access Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable walking stairs and long hallways Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently Evening availability required Preferred experience: janitorial warehouse delivery driving porter maintenance hospitality facilities support Schedule Evening shifts Part-time 20-30 hours per week Flexible scheduling available Compensation $22-25/hour Performance incentives available Growth opportunities as MANOR expands
