Job Summary:

The Sanitation Technician supports the warehouse operations on a daily basis. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those pertaining to safety, security, and food safety.

Specific Duties and Requirements:

Completes janitorial log daily. Records product damages Assist Inventory department with down stacking of damaged goods. Sorts pallet type and loads pallet trailer with electric pallet jack. Operates Trash Compactor. Operates Floor Scrubber Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Equipment:

Ensure the safe operation of handling equipment assigned to this function.

Safety, Sanitation, Security :

Maintains a neat, clean, and orderly work area. Conducts operation in a safe and efficient manner. Identifies to supervisor any situation that may violate our security practices.

Qualifications:

Experience or Training required: 1-year previous experience as forklift operator.

License or Certificate Required:

Pallet jack operator certification.

Mandatory Job Requirements:

The requirements that an individual must absolutely possess to perform the essential functions of the job. 1. Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time. 2. Able to lift and remove product 60lbs or more above head. 3. Good math skills 4. Able to operate single or double pallet jack, automatic floor scrubber, and trash compactor.
