Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly every day. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician I to join our Oklahoma City team. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the general upkeep, cleanliness, and minor maintenance of the facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized environment and enjoys hands-on work. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain facility floors on a daily basis Sanitize and maintain restrooms to ensure cleanliness standards Empty trash and waste receptacles throughout the building Vacuum, sweep, and dust office areas Maintain outdoor grounds and remove litter Assist with moving equipment and office furniture as needed Support snow and ice removal when required Complete assigned checklists and documentation accurately Monitor pest control devices and report concerns Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Adapt to changing work assignments, schedules, and operational needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to communicate effectively with team members Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Core Competencies Accountability and dependability Strong sense of responsibility Safety awareness Effective verbal communication Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and manual tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a moderately noisy environment Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes) Work Environment This position involves working both indoors and outdoors. Employees may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts and varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority, and proper protective equipment is required at all times.
