Pressure Washing Technician

We are looking for an experienced driver/technician to join our team. This driver/technician will operate a customized truck and be responsible for power washing bins, dumpsters and working on a team pressure washing residential and commercial properties. Applicants will be trained to operate a pressure washing system to clean commercial properties, residential homes, sidewalks and driveways, parking lots, etc. When working with the equipment, contractors will be required to follow all the industry standards and safety regulations. Our ideal candidate is dependable, can be easily trained, can work independently and is flexible. You can expect to receive 30-40 hours a week (No Sundays). Bonus program available. You must have a valid driver's license for at least five years and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. You should also be willing to participate in a ride-a-long with one of our technicians to experience what this job entails. Duties and Responsibilities Drive a customized box truck with mounted equipment. Commercial driver's license is a plus. Follow routing and scheduling software to perform cleaning visits. Clean bins with a high-powered pressure cleaner. Return bins to residences after cleaning and drying. Minor truck and pressure washing system maintenance. Mechanical experience is not required but is a plus. Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces. Inspect the surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris. Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly. Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury. Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Management. Works closely with Management to improve route efficiencies and notifies Management of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage. Communicates all customer requests to Management Follows route assignments as directed and performs all duties as scheduled. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Work with the owner on special projects and tasks.
