Job Responsibilities As a District Porter, you will be responsible for providing doorstep waste and recycling collection services at assigned apartment communities.

Responsibilities include:

Collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps at assigned apartment communities Traveling to markets within a 4-hour radius as needed for evening service coverage Transporting collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster Maintaining broom-swept cleanliness around compactors, dumpsters, trash chutes, and collection areas Changing dog station bags and common area waste bags Providing professional and courteous service when interacting with residents and property staff Following assigned routes, service standards, and company procedures Completing all work safely, accurately, and on time Compensation $150 per day $125 per day for Friday and Saturday coverage W2 employment position Pay issued by direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month Valid bank account required for payroll processing Schedule and Hours Main schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM Friday and Saturday coverage: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM Must be available to work 2 weekends per month Shift length is typically 5 to 7 hours per night, depending on route and pace Average weekly hours: 25 to 35 hours Additional shifts may be available based on performance, reliability, and business needs Up to 5 shifts per week may be available Requirements Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications: Smartphone with an active data plan for route communication and task verification At least 5 years of clean driving experience to be eligible for a company truck Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to climb stairs and walk for extended periods during evening shifts Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to professionalism, safety, and high-quality service Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working evening hours with minimal supervision.
