Job Description
Position Overview The Team Lead is a nightshift leadership role designed to support the District Manager with all nighttime operational responsibilities. This position serves as the District Manager's on-the-ground extension during evening and overnight service windows and is responsible for ensuring service continuity, accountability, and execution when management is not on site. The Team Lead maintains a home route while also serving as primary backup for open or down routes, completing audits, supporting accountability, delivering materials, and responding to service issues in real time.
